Title: “NO! This Can’t Wait…”

Hey people of God. I know if you were one in the number last evening for Wednesday
night worship, you are STILL basking in the majesty and grace of the Lord. It was a mighty
move of God and we give Him ALL the honor, and praise. It was confirmed by the
electrified atmosphere along with the clear and present weight of His glory that there is an
urgency upon you and I to master in Faith as a discipline. We may be identified as ‘people
OF faith’, but does God know us as ‘people IN faith’? In other words, are we proving to
Him that we are not afraid to trust Him in the most uncomfortable and troublesome times
in our lives?

I was thinking today about the things I’m doing now for the kingdom that should have and
could have been done a long time ago. I realize that some of those things did not happen
because my faith was not strong enough, solid enough, or steadfast enough for what He
expected from me. Loving God, for most of us, is not an issue. We will proudly tell anyone
and everyone we come in contact with that we love the Lord more than anyone or
anything, but we also know that love is not simply declared, it must be proven. Love is
shown not in one’s gratitude and appreciation for what they receive, but through sacrifice
and effort in what they give. For God so loved us that He gave His only Son. Our love for
Him should drive us to give to Him our absolute confidence in Him.

I watched last night as many came to the alter from the invitation of Pastor Murray and
they came not only from an inner place of need, but also from a place of submission. I
heard various spirits within both men and women crying out to God that they can no
longer stand on the line of faith and fear. They can no longer be in the holy temple but fail
to be a holy temple. They can no longer live righteous before Him on Sunday but live
apart from Him on other days of the week. There was an internal shift that took hold of
some lives and it left them realizing that God’s call upon their life was to be responded to
right now.

You see, you can no longer wait for better circumstances in your finances, health, and
relationships. God cannot be put on the ‘to do list’ and seen about when you have time to
work Him in. He is (as Murray put it), “the Source – not the Resource.” He is the supplier
and not the distributer of our needs, so we must make more than a conscious effort to
represent Him in holiness and maturity, we must make a commitment and hold to it as a
matter of life and death. I know you have so many things going on in your life that you
have to manage and in that time of managing you also have to try and juggle things
around and prioritize based on importance. But please understand that our GOD is more
important than anything we can ever gain in this life. His ways must become our ways and
His thoughts must become ours. Let’s step up strong in obedience and sacrifice. And
remember… “No, It CANT wait!”

EVERYTHING WE DO MOVING FORWARD WILL BE INTENTIONAL AND DRIVEN WITH
PURPOSE TO REPRESENT THE KINGDOM OF GOD IN THE BEST POSSIBLE LIGHT!
NOTHING WILL BE DONE WITH ENERGY LESS THAN OUR BEST AND EFFORT BELOW
OUR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL.

OUR SERVICE IS LOCAL, BUT OUR REACH IS GLOBAL – SO WE CANNOT REDUCE OUR
PRESENTATION DOWN TO WHAT’S CONVENIENT, BUT RATHER WE MUST RAISE IT TO
THAT WHICH IS EXPLOSIVE!

Get ready for major change that’s coming systematically, intellectually, purposefully, and
professionally. Nothing we do moving forward will be done haphazardly, sloppily, poorly,
or carnally.

We Are the LIGHT!

Sincerely,
Pastor J.E. Chandler, Sr.
